Our payment terms are 50% deposit to confirm your booking, followed by stage payments as the project progresses, with the final 10% payable upon completion of all works.
All invoices are due upon receipt. To ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule, payments must be made by the due date. Delays in payment may result in work being suspended until outstanding invoices have been settled. Once payment is received, work will resume at the next available slot in our schedule.

Engineering design services and associated professional fees are not included within Cork Demolition’s scope of works. These services must be appointed and funded directly by the client. However, Cork Demolition can, where required, provide a list of trusted and suitably qualified engineers to support the client in selecting an appropriate professional.
